Trapnel’s stick, to be really adolescent - but it’s a Class A misdemeanor in Texas to carry one around in public, unless you’re “inside of or directly en route to a motor vehicle or watercraft that is owned by the person or under the person’s control.” (Sec. 46.02, Texas Penal Code).
