`This One Gift of Parsimonious Nature'
“Mr.
Pinfold was a good sailor. Only once in a war which had been largely spent
bucketing about in various sorts of boat, had he ever been seasick and on that
occasion most of the naval crew had been prostrate also. Mr. Pinfold, who was
neither beautiful nor athletic, cherished this one gift of parsimonious
Nature.”
